The final design of the piece will be sent to you for approval before being eternalized. We will define how they will be placed when you send us the elements to be preserved, we will send you a photo for your approval, nothing will be placed without your approval of the design on your final piece
When you place the order, write me an email to keysurprise@gmail.com with your order number, when placing the order you have 24 to 48 hours to send me the package, the shipping time starts running from the moment your package reaches our hands.
NOTE: Colors reflected on the screen may appear lighter or darker in real life, screens that reflect other color pigments, some photographs may be retouched or with some type of filter.

Para personalizarlo: Elige un color, tipo de letras, iconos y brillos si lo deseas agregar a tu pieza, sube tus fotos a la plataforma.
El diseño final de la pieza se te enviará para que lo apruebes antes de ser eternizado. Como irán colocados lo definiremos cuando nos envíe los elementos a preservar, te enviamos foto para su aprobación, nada será colocado sin tu aprobación del diseño.
Cuando pongas la orden escribeme un correo electrónico a keysurprise@gmail.com con tu número de orden, al poner la orden tienes 24 a 48 horas para enviarme el paquete, el tiempo de envío Empieza a correr desde que tu paquete llega a nuestras manos.
